Monique gets to know a guy. He has to go to a ballroom dance with his parents and has no date. He asks Monique on the telephone, if she wants to be his date. She agrees and arrives the next day at his house, dressed in an evening gown and high heels.
His sister opens the door and asks her in. Her brother is still out and she may wait in his room. As she enters the room, she notices a strange apparatus. The sister, who comes up behind her, chloroforms her and straps her to the apparatus. When she comes around, she is livid and asks what this is and what the parents would say. She is told that the parents are out of town and that they won’t come back for another 2 weeks. She sits down and watches Monique struggling to get free. But as much as she tries, she cannot get free. Slowly her back starts paining and she begs the sister to let her go, but she only laughs at her. She starts cramping and Monique begs more and more. Finally, the sister has mercy and removes the straps. Monique stretches herself and wants to leave. But the girl only laughs at her.

She orders her to strip. Monique has no other choice than to oblige. Her arms are tied in a monoglove and her legs in a monosleave. The monoglove is fixed to a pulling mechanism and her arms are the pulled backwards. This forces her to bend over. But she pulls it even higher and only stops when Monique’s toes just about touch the ground. Monique struggles to keep her balance. The sister takes a riding crop and slaps Monique’s bum and thighs. Again, she keeps Monique struggling until she cramps up and starts begging. When she has enough of it, she puts a muzzle on Monique. One can see in Monique’s facial expressions that she is suffering. Finally, the exhausted Monique collapses.

The sister now locks her into the cage to relax a little. When she returns after a few hours, Monique gets something to drink. Then she allowed to use the bathroom.

But the sadistic sister continues:

Monique is strapped to the ‘Spanish Horse’. She is connected to electro current and has to endure a lot of it. But the sister loses her interest and unties her. Now she ties her legs to a spreader-bar and her hands are once again tied in a monoglove. A collar is fixed to the spreader-bar. With the riding crop she gets Monique to gallop through the room.

Now the poor Monique is attached to the pulling mechanism. The sister watches Monique hanging in the room and enjoys slapping her feet with a riding crop.

But then her parents return surprisingly early. When she hears them, she unties Monique and hides her in the cage. She goes to meet her parents. She returns with her brother and offers Monique money so she doesn’t register a case with the police. (He tells her that her sister is psychologically challenged and needs therapy.) Monique believes him and agrees.
